WOOD-FIRED VEGETARIAN PIZZAS

 

A crowd-favourite at any event, our wood-fired pizzas can be tailored to vegetarian dietary needs. We use handmade dough and fresh, locally sourced toppings to create mouth-watering pizzas.

  • Margherita (V) - Fresh basil, seasoned napoli sauce, buffalo mozzarella.

  • Snow White (V) - Gorgonzola, mozzarella, parmesan, pear, rocket.

  • Vegetarian Supreme (V)(VGO) - Tomato base, mozzarella, capsicum, onion, olives, mushroom, cherry tomatoes. *Can be vegan by removing/replacing the mozzarella.

  • Truffle & Mushroom (V) - Mushrooms, truffle oil, mozzarella.

 

All pizzas can be made with gluten-free dough upon request.

  • Creamy Pumpkin Gnocchi (V) - Creamy pumpkin sauce, caramelised walnuts, ricotta. *It can be made VG with pasta & no ricotta.

  • Sorrentina Gnocchi (V, VGO) - Cocktail style only. Oven baked, napoli sauce, mozzarella, basil .

  • Napoli Pasta (V, VGF, VGO) - Handmade tomato sauce, cherry tomato, kalamata olives, basil.

  • Lemon & Zucchini Pasta (VG, V) - garlic oil, shallots, lemon & basil juice, parmesan. Vegan option (without parmesan).

  • Truffle & Mushroom Risotto (V, GF, VGO) - Handmade mushroom risotto, grated parmesan, truffle oil

 

These mains can be served buffet-style or plated, depending on your event’s style.
